Objective:

The MoNYS project engaged young professionals from NATO member and partner countries, focusing on leadership and multilateral diplomacy to deepen participants’ understanding of NATO’s role, structure, and mechanisms. This initiative fostered connections across nationalities, generations, and local contexts, promoting consensus around NATO core values. The project featured a visit to NATO Headquarters, where participants met with NATO’s Secretary General and engaged in discussions with NATO officials and National Permanent Representatives.
