📌 Project Manager - Research and Innovation Hub

Are you passionate about research, policy design, and international collaboration? We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate EU-funded projects under the Horizon Europe programme. In this role, you will ensure the successful planning, implementation, and impact of research and innovation initiatives while engaging with leading institutions and international stakeholders.
🌍 About the Role: Key Responsibilities
📅 Project Planning & Implementation
- Maintain direct communication with project partners and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of planned activities.
- Implement project activities (tasks, milestones, deliverables) in alignment with the funding proposal, grant agreement, and Gantt chart timeline.
- Identify and implement corrective measures in case of delays to keep projects on track.
📢 Communication & Dissemination
- Develop and execute a social media strategy, creating content for blogs, press releases, and social media platforms.
- Produce engaging informative materials and visual content showcasing project progress and impact.
- Organise events such as conferences, workshops, policy briefs, and online meetings to boost project visibility and cooperation.
🤝 Representation & Networking
- Represent the organisation in project coordination committees and strategic discussions.
- Deliver presentations and lead knowledge-sharing sessions at meetings and external events.
- Strengthen partnerships by maintaining strong relationships with key international stakeholders.
🚀 Development & Innovation
- Contribute to securing new projects by drafting funding proposals and collaborating with new consortia.
- Lead advocacy, policy, and clustering initiatives under Horizon Europe.
- Draft official written statements for UN ECOSOC and other policy-related engagements.
- Perform additional project-related duties as required.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- Educational background in European affairs, political science, communication, law, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, ideally within EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe/Horizon 2020 experience is a plus).
- Passion for research, policy design, and stakeholder engagement in an international setting.
- Strong project management skills, including proposal writing and financial reporting.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and online collaboration platforms.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken); additional EU languages are an asset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – a team player with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and balance creative and administrative work.

📌 Project Assistant – Research and Innovation Hub

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support the implementation of EU-funded projects under the Horizon Europe programme. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in project coordination, research administration, and European affairs.
🌍 About the Role: Key Responsibilities
📅 Project Support & Implementation
- Assist in the daily management of Horizon Europe projects, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
- Support the preparation of project reports, meeting minutes, internal documentation and project databases.
- Help track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with project partners and stakeholders.
📢 Communication & Dissemination
- Assist in drafting content for blogs, press releases, and social media platforms.
- Support the development of visual and informative materials highlighting project progress and impact.
- Help coordinate project-related events such as conferences, workshops, policy briefs, and online meetings to boost project visibility and cooperation.
🤝 Representation & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the preparation of presentations and briefing materials for project meetings and events.
- Assist in liaising with key international stakeholders, research institutions, and funding agencies.
- Contribute to the development of new project proposals and initiatives.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- Educational background in European affairs, political science, communication, law, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project support or research-related roles (experience with EU-funded projects is a plus).
- Passion for research, policy and advocacy, and working in an international environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and online collaboration platforms.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken); additional EU languages are an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and balance creative and administrative work.
